Insak
- The INSAK method ranks among so-called inversion or relining methods. The lining consists of synthetic fibres saturated with an adequately formulated resin system in the form of a "sleeve".
- For reasons of cost economy the thickness of the lining wall is accurately defined by a structural analysis. The flexible sleeve is introduced inversely into the sewer with subsequent polymerization – hardening of the flexible lining. In this way the old, damaged sewer or pipeline is provided with a lining of hardened fibre-reinforced plastics. In conclusion the connections of service pipes are renovated by a robot.
